They store their eggs non-refrigerated in their basement and re-use filthy sheet trays for baking all the bagels and other assorted breads. Also if you are ever in the shop just look at the walls and surfaces near the grill, in the open kitchen where the food is prepared, you will see it. It's bad.

These guys deserve an inspection.
