I purchased an LG refrigerator about a month ago, over $2,000. The left door without ice maker or water cooler closes much faster and harder than the right door. The right door is perfect.

I ve been on the phone countless times with a number of people that keep telling me because it refrigerates my food, the fridge is fine.

The technician that came out to my house said it is a manufactured error and he can t fix it so replacing it with the same model will result in the same issues.

LG is now telling me to go back to Home Depot, so shoot the messenger. With all of this Corona stuff going on it s a 60 minute wait to speak with HOme Depot. I m not sure what they can offer me but I doubt they can offer me more than what the head office of LG could.

I will never buy an LG product again, I will never recommend LG to anyone and I will visit Home Depot when everything settles down.

I can only hope that LG takes their customers seriously and sees this scathing review.

PS

They asked when I called the customer service line of I wanted to indulge in a brief survey, I said yes. However I spent so long on the phone with the morons that the survey phone called me during my rant to LG itself.
