Genuinely the worst Energy company I have ever dealt with. I would absolutely avoid them at all costs, I would happily pay more (considerably more!) to any other energy company. Please do not be fooled by the offers of cheap energy, because all they will do is massively overcharge you, never get back to you, ignore all your calls/complaints and treat you terribly. I currently have a broken electricity meter (I'm a landlord and the property is vacant). I am trying to get them to fix it (they keep saying they will, but this has been going on months and months) - and even though the property is empty and nothing is being used, they are trying to charge me hundreds per month in electricity - and I can't do anything about it because I can't submit a meter reading until they fix it. Genuinely the worst customer experience i've ever experienced, I've put in complaints and tried to speak to a manager, but I', just ignored every time, I must have called them 20+ times in the last few months to try and get this resolved. They genuinely don't care. Avoid at all costs.
