We bought a Panasonic TV and Concierge Service & Support. TV broke after two months. Tried to get this fixed by Concierge, but extremely disappointed with the service. We had to make numerous calls to follow up and it took two weeks just to organise an assessment - even with me calling/following up.

We were not happy with the assessment of the fault and response from Concierge and Panasonic. We pointed out that their conduct was inconsistent with their contractual obligations and the Australian Consumer Law. Numerous calls/emails, going nowhere.

We spoke to Consumer Affairs Victoria, who told us to go to VCAT - which is what we are doing. A very frustrating process.
