Made a reservation at 2:30 and arrived 5 minutes early. Valet accepted the vehicle and told me to go wait inside. An hour later my truck was still sitting on "pit row." When I asked if it was finished, the service advisors didn't even know it was there. Also, during a previous visit, one of their female service advisors was bumping her gums about the legalities of their warranty program which she knew nothing about. Go to Beaver Toyota in St Augustine, they're the best in Noth East Florida...I know I will!!!!
