Expect to have a huge hassle dealing with paperwork after getting anything done here!

My actual experience (childbirth) there was great, good doctors and nurses. Since then I have had nothing but headaches dealing with the admin side.

My daughters SSN was never applied for and the billing department can not seem to handle billing my insurance. I have called at least 4 times and every time I am told they will bill it, then it doesn't get billed. Now I get an email telling me my account it going to collections. So another phone call was made today. How hard is it?!

I was told months ago that my daughter's name was updated, then told today that it was never done because I need to do it in person.

If it wasn't for this mess this would probably be a 4 start review!
