Honestly as a first time buyer, I heard a lot of great things about this dealer ship, I was excited to purchase my new car with them, but guess what? They are one of the worse my experience did not go as I thought. First of all the guy who helped us with my car was awesome I think his name was Richard, very helpful guy, very kind and helped me get my car at a good price. Anyways I think we're my experience was bad was with the financial guy Yarden he is rude. He promised me that my license plates would get paid and I would not pay anything out of my pocket I made sure two times that he was positive I wouldn't pay for my license plates, anyways i went to my local DMV ended up paying for everything when Yarden told my father and I we wouldn't pay anything. I called the dealer ship to see what went wrong no one HELPED me but one person her name was Sadie she was awesome as well, then it took them forever to get back to me about my money because I'm so disappointed that Yarden told us that and I know it wasn't a miscommunication. He is just bad I did not like him one bite. Anyways I talked to the so called manger there and he promised to give me a call back from his "meeting" guess what he did not call. Ever since that I never heard anything about my case or what went wrong. I will never again purchase a car with them again. They need someone who can help their customers not just blew them off and call whenever they want I understand they have other customers.
