We stayed February 24th through March 1st,
Very friendly and helpful staff. Definitely need more restaurants ,I Understand the hurricane ruined part of the resort just hope they can get that part up and running soon, Service is extremely slow in their one restaurant they have.
Many times I had to get my own water ,waited over 30 minutes just to get a bagel.
Rooms need major updating very old and shabby bathrooms are horrible... Compared to other sides of the island the beach at Bongo Bay is not very appealing. Sorry to be so negative like I say the staff were very friendly only had maybe one negative person we dealt with bellhops were amazing people..
Unfortunately we would most likely never stay again..
