Ordered parts online, paid $30 for overnight for expedited delivery as parts were needed ASAP, and according to their website, I would have parts on the 3rd day. 3 days later had to contact asking them for update on order as the delivery date wasn't going to be met. After multiple emails, they said "they are not amazon" and they "sorry i feel this way".

As retaliation of my complaint, they refunded me the shipping fee and sent the order priority mail instead of overnight causing further delays. Even the shipping order had someone handwriting to overnight, which they did not. All i asked was a refund of the difference between standard shipping and the overnight. But they did what they wanted anyway.

Avoid doing business here, their customer service is appalling!

UPDATE**
Parts Manager from dealership called to apologize. He refunded me my money and sent me couple shirts and hats as an apology gift. While he was nice and made it right, the whole experience was still unnecessarily difficult and shouldn't have had to come to this anyhow.
