Been here this week for MOT and recall. Treated rude, poor communication and we tried to turn a leg for the 2nd time. The rims (original) would suddenly no longer be good, the brake discs had to be replaced immediately and the tires could not get through. In short, it would cost us around 500 euros. Ed was extremely offended and unprofessional when we indicated that we were going to have him examined elsewhere. All right, only the recall. We had indicated that the car should be ready the next morning due to going to another garage. My husband had to wait an hour longer there because a part still had to be built in. Empty promises are made, customers are treated rude and they try to turn your back on this. In the other garage there were only a few small things that were solved in this way, the car passed the inspection very easily. We paid less than 200 euros in total for this. Never again Toyota Smelt !! Scam practices!
