Most of the people who have rated this hospital poorly clearly have a limited understanding of how our healthcare system works. As a mid level provider, I was sincerely impressed with the professionalism of the ER staff when I brought my family member here. They were thorough, efficient, and polite.... even during a busy holiday. The staff on the inpatient floor continued that trend throughout our stay. The facilities are beautiful and well kept. The parking is easy. I have never contributed an online rating before, but was perplexed when I saw the undeserving low scores submitted by many.
