Rooms were clean. Resort is beautiful. Staff was less than courteous. They actually double booked us, so we paid for 2-rooms and had to fight them for a refund(still pending). Also, don't get too excited about staying at the hot springs, you have to pay an additional $55 per person, per day to get in to their tiny little hot spring pool! WTH, I thought we were staying at the "hot springs resort". Minus one star for rude staff, and minus two for charging us for two rooms, and then trying to stick me with $310 for three people to soak in a hot spring for two days! LOL.
