After numerous attempts to receive any help to get back onto my account with runescape and receiving no helpwhat so ever from support no way is speaking to customer support. I was paying for membership. Sorry but jagex is very poor customer satisfaction. Your on Facebook yet never reply to customers game related problems. Excellent game but would not recommend any body to play this due to lack of in game customer support.
