HORRIBLE -
I purchased a vehicle at this Colonial Hyundai on April 10, 2015. Didn't realize that the horn did not work and needed it to pass the VIN inspection. It took me almost 2 weeks to even get something arranged and I ended up having to go to another dealer because Colonial was just ridiculously unprofessional and dis-organized. I was given a Temporary tag, which has been expired since May 9th. Even with relentless emails and phone calls exchanged with Eva, the title clerk. the only response I have received was I contacted my vender and will get back to you, this being the same response I received both on May 6th and today, May 19th. This is inexcusable and I would not recommend that anyone to buy a vehicle from them. I am at the point where I don't even think I am going to get my tag. They take no responsibility what so ever.
