The only reason I m giving one star is because I cannot give 0. Absolute worst experience of any hospital that I ve ever worked or been a patient of. Nursing staff is unprofessional, if not negligent, in their duties. Nurses discussed (loudly) other patients diagnosis, medications and hotness among coworkers. Nurses hung each other s IV s, and gave medications, while openly admitted that I m not your nurse and I didn t check your chart, so I m not sure why you re getting this . Doctors on staff do not know their patients well, and not only have very poor bedside manner, but seem inadequately trained. Dr. Ata was my daughter s Attending Physician. This could be attributed to staffing issues, in which case management is underperforming. Hospital could be very pretty, but is dirty, even in a time where cleanliness is paramount. Hospital Security, ED Staff and Housekeeping Staff are the exceptions They were very friendly and welcoming, and ED Staff was professional, timely and very personable. This was my first time, as a new resident, and will never come back.
