Went in to look at the highlander and 4Runner

Went in to look at the highlander and 4Runner
We were greeted at the front counter by lady eating popcorn her name was Debra little did we know this was going to be our sales consultant noticed I said was.
She asked if we were there to buy a car today (we were) however we told here we were just looking to avoid any high pressure sales tactics. At this point I thought she was the receptionist because she pointed us to the left.
We walked around the showroom then wanted to go for a test drive. She told us to go out find the stock numbers and then bring them back in.
We went out found two vehicles to drive, took the stock numbers back in to Debra. We did not have our insurance cards with us so that meant Debra would have to go on the test drive with us, we said sure if you don t mind, she responded with Well I d like to sell a car today .
So what this means is Debra could care less if you are there to look and I guess she does not realize that test drives turn into sales. I have to tell you there were 4 of us there. We were looking to purchase 2 vehicles. Not just one.
So you lost 2 sales due to your lack of customer service Debra.
We will take our business elsewhere.
