They were very helpful and courteous. Even though it was a slight fix. We had no idea there was a hatch button in the glove box that apparently got bumped. We thought we would have to replace the hydraulics on the back hatch. They did not charge us and I appreciated the honesty. Thank you Larry H Miller Toyota
