My last visit to Honda of Seattle was AHHH-mazing... Ahhh... because I was completely taken care of by the service staff without a worry. They made me feel welcome and important. Some other dealerships treat you as if you are another number which is a problem for me being that my car is essential to my life. I was kept informed about what was going to happen with the car, what time it should be ready for pick up and took care of the issues I mentioned upon drop off. They shuttled me to work and picked me up! It really doesn't get much easier than that.

What I did not expect was for the GM, Paul to remember me as a previous customer and stop by in the lounge (as he was passing by) to say hello and ask me what I was in for that day. I didn't know that he would have remembered me but it was nice.

Not only has my service been great here but I also purchased my car here as well. I was able to get into my civic of choice (color/options) without delay and financing was a breeze. I know this car will get me from A to B for a lot of years to come but when it is time I will definitely go back to Honda of Seattle for a replacement.

Bottom line... this place is truly a family style business... always courteous, clean and efficient. I am a customer for life!
