My experience with Jim Ellis Hyundai was nothing but superb. My salesperson Lou Hammersmith was very professional, knowledgeable on the products, and attentive to my needs. No beating around the bush, no sugarcoating, but cutting to the chase, which exactly what I wanted. The whole process was flawless and smooth, and the finance person Eric Kim finished my deal promptly and graciously.
