I worked with Rosemary Shwimmer after being laid off due to Covid-19 at the end of March. I was nervous to be in a such an unknown position, so I gave Boly Welch a try after hearing from a colleague that Rosemary was excellent at her job. By the time I entered the room to have the interview, Rosemary had provided a such great profile of me to the firm that it painted an accurate picture of me and my skill set. Thanks to Rosemary's guidance, the interview went well and I received the job offer before the end of a week.

Looking for a job is a terrible experience on so many levels but looking for one in the middle of a pandemic is absolutely dreadful.
