I worked with Rosemary Shwimmer after being laid off due to Covid-19 at the end of March. I was nervous to be in a such an unknown position, so I gave Boly Welch a try after hearing from a colleague that Rosemary was excellent at her job. After my first conversation, I knew I had contacted the right person; she listens, pays attention, and implements what she learns about you in a very effective manner. In addition, Rosemary was honest from the beginning about the uncertainty in the job market and what I should expect during the search, while at the same time having a positive outlook on my prospects.

Rosemary kept me informed with weekly updates and I let her know if I applied for anything off a jobsite (which was mostly done to fulfill the silly unemployment requirements), just so we did not do any overlap during the search. During these updates we would talk about what openings there were and how they did or did not fit what I was looking for and my personality. Finally, after three (3) months of being out of work, Rosemary secured me an interview with a firm in Beaverton. By the time I entered the room to have the interview, Rosemary had provided a such great profile of me to the firm that it painted an accurate picture of me and my skill set. Thanks to Rosemary's guidance, the interview went well and I received the job offer before the end of a week.

Looking for a job is a terrible experience on so many levels but looking for one in the middle of a pandemic is absolutely dreadful. I am so grateful for the professionalism and dedication Rosemary showed me during the process, and I wholeheartedly recommend Rosemary Schwimmer and Boly Welch to any attorney looking for new position.
