**2nd update** The dealer's response was clearly wrong again. They found someone else and contacted them. I had brought in my partner's car for service and I don't own a Chevy, thankfully. If they really wanted to reach out, they would have given me contact information to reach out to them if they were uncertain as to who it was.**

**Update** The dealership said in their reply someone would get back to me. I can assure 6 months later, not a single peep from them at all. Only call I ever received was my "service advisor" calling 4 times within 15 minutes, leaving a voicemail demanding why I wrote my review the way I did. Truth apparently hurts. Still stands to stay away from this place.**

Complete disarray in service department! Chickens with their heads cut off. Brought in my other half's car to get serviced. Needed a oil change, rotation and brake change.

First off, prices listed are misleading. Brake jobs are shown to make you think it is an inclusive price on the tv monitor and the little laminated sheets. Then they spring that labor, parts, their time is always extra. You walk in, and you have to get someone's attention in order to be served, while the service advisors are all sitting behind their little podiums. There is no offer of an estimate of time from the SA, especially if you are going to wait for your car, nor do they check up with you. I only would find out what was going on by going and speaking to a service advisor.

Best part of this entire journey is, my car had been completed for sometime and no one ever came and got me. I only found out because I went and asked. 4 hours for an oil change and a brake job seemed excessive, unless they were hand carving the brakes. Even more so, when the garage inside appears half empty. Excuse was, "my" service advisor was out to lunch. So I'll just sit their on my time, because their time is more valuable.

The fact this is the only Chevy dealership ITP is pretty disappointing as this place always leaves me underwhelmed. They should take some tips from Curry Honda down the road on how to have customer service.
