I have never had a worse experience with any company. Their chief technician cannot give a straight answer to the problems and often changes his view on how things work. A complaint often leads to a call from their vice president who turns around the problems and blames them on you. The technician blatantly lied to his boss, yet the boss still blamed me for a problem which was not my fault. I told the boss this and he said it's bad to call people liars, I explained to him that it's not bad when they do lie, I am just calling them what they are.

This company has extravagant prices for equipment and labor which can be done for 1/3 of their price. They wanted to force me to purchase equipment that I did not need, stating that it wasn't a problem if I didn't need it, I would keep it not them. Why would I pay for things I don't need just to have them collect dust? They over charge for transport. In my case they wanted to charge 50,000 UGX for a trip that could be made to a from for 5,000. They don't keep their appointed times. There are many other great companies in Uganda to get the same services, I recommend staying far away from this one.
