The worst customer service on the market!!!
For 3 months, multiple calls and emails, talking to a number of different people in Green Network Energy, nobody were able to activate my account and to provide me with the data that I need in order to log in into their system. In addition, after one of the payments that I made, I received a notice about balance overdue /which I paid already/ + penalty fee on top of it. After trying to contact the GNE team and to resolve the issue, within the 15-20th minute of the pointless conversation the lady simply ended the call without saying anything and no-one called back.
