Absolutely the worst hospital I have even seen in my life. I am a retired fire fighter and have seen many hospitals. First was the 3 hour wait time even though i came in with a possibile blood clot with chest pain. You had nurses sitting around without masks on in registration. Next when registration approaches me in the waiting room asks me if my name is xxxxxxx and if my birth date is xxxx I say yes but how do you know thats me if you gave me all the info. Major hipaa violation there. Next when triage begins the "nurse" is asking about allergies and keeps cutting me off and making me repeat myself. After I explicitly told her I have a history of DVT in my left arm and ask her not to put it in the crook of my elbow guess what... she puts the iv right where I asked it not be put. So when I finally got to a bed the nurse comes in to do history that's goes relatively smoothly and the PA talks and seems cool. Next comes a CT with contrast. During the scan as the contrast is being given the lines blows off and takes my IV port with it covering me with it. The tech then disconnected the line and goes right over my face dripping contrast all over my face getting some in my eye. Back to the room we go. Nurse comes in with asprin, I refuse it due to having IBD and she literally puts the asprin in the sharps box and get this pours the water in the box as well a total joke. Like who pours water in a sharps box? For the first time in my life I decided to go AMA. After that the whole attitude changed. Nurse comes back in to remove my iv and it seemed even that was difficult for her, so much so that after placing the gauze pad pinched my skin together and taped it that way. After I sign my paperwork and walk out the room, all the nursing staff and drs are sitting at the station WITHOUT masks on. If getting killed due to incompetence or catching covid is what you want this is the place to go. I will no call this place genocide. What a massive joke. I wouldn't even bring my dogs here and would rather go see a veterinarian than go here.
