We had a Monte Carlo on consignment and the gentleman who wanted to buy it used J.J. Best Banc. They were a nightmare to deal with. I have dealt with all kinds of insurance and loan companies and I never had a more difficult time transferring a title, then when working with J.J. Best Banc. They were not organized nor seemed to have a lot of knowledge with older vehicle titles. I won't ever sell a car to someone using J.J. Best again and felt so bad for their customer!
