We had a 1 night stay after returning from Tokorik...

We had a 1 night stay after returning from Tokoriki Island. This was our 3rd stay at this hotel and it wasn't as good as last time. After arriving from the Port at about 1.30pm it took about a total of 1 hour to get checked in and allocated our room. We finally got into our room at 4pm. (3 trips to reception to see if it was ready - so much for being a Hhonors member)
They have obviously tried to adapt the hotel to cater more for families opening up all the pools by the restaurant for kids - not sure if this is a good thing.
