So updating from my -1 star review, to 4 STAR. I went back to this dealer. Spoke with the Service Manager Again and now we are in the same page. He got me out of that Terrible Ford Fiesta Rental... they say: "Party on the wheels"..Oh no its more like "Hell ride on the wheels". Well my car transmission is getting fully diagnosed at this point. I will update this review on the outcome results-

Is there a option for 0 star? 3 yrs ago, I bought a brand new 2013 ford Escape Es. When my car hit 5,000 miles my transmission started slipping. I take it in to Friendly Ford Dealer- the closest location to me. They tell there's a recall and they have to do a computer update. As soon I left the dealer- same dam problem. I'm a very busy individual. So I can't be at the dealer every week. I waited a little, maybe thinking I'm just paranoid. But no problem started to get worse. So at 23,000 I take my car to the dealer I originally bought it from. BOB ROHRHAM FORD DEALER IN SCHAUMBURG. Well, I thought to myself I should have better service where I bought my car from (Not)
Well took my car in, they told me that one of the transmission valve is sticking. Took them about 1 week to supposedly fix that problem. I have extended warranty - so no problem, they gave me a rental car in the mean while to drive. The people at the service desk, was ok. Wasn't that bad. Well after a week I go pick up my car and I drove and didn't feel that my transmission was skipping. (For a while) when I hit
50,000 miles in my car. Problem again. My transmission started skipping really bad!!! At this point I'm super upset. I take my car in again. Thus time I experienced the most unprofessional service from the Service Manager. He kept telling me "it's normal to have car problems and he is there to insure my car gets fix the best they can" He is either car ignorant or he thinks I'm ignorant. So I tell him "you are right it's normal to have car problems like thar after like 200,000 miles. But it's not normal for a car transmission to start giving problems before any other parts in the engine. Like let's say: Before I even had my first time break job done, I have transmission problems??? So this Service Manager kept reaping hid ignorant self and I got upset and no longer want to deal or speak to him again. He has no customer service skills. I also was very disappointed when I went to pick up my rental car- they said they can only rent our Ford cars- well they gave me 2 choices Ford F150 or Ford fiesta? Wth- I had to choose the worse car ever made by ford, ... ford fiesta- The worse car I ever had to drive. After hanging up with that incompetent service manager. I call back and ask to schedule a appointment with the GM from that dealer- guess what? Never got a call back from anyone. I'm very unhappy with this- and ford only seems to care about their clients only when you are there buying a car- after that ...forget about it. Very unhappy. If there was no star option, I would of chosen that. .the worse part of it ....they are trying to fix a slipping trans for the 2nd time. But guess what? There's no fix to a slipping transmission. All they did was a flush. N guess what else? That don't fix a,slipping transmission. So all they did was over worked my clutches. Incompetent freaking techs.
