This hotel is the worst I've ever stayed in, I have witnessed tap water being put into empty bottols and served to guests there are no tea or coffee making facilities no lifeguard at the pool all food served in the resteruant is frozen food and don't expect it to be hot it isnt rooms are dated the lifts in the hotel are not the best if it fails you are in trouble the all inclusive means you have to buy bottled water the pool has a liner I would not give this hotel 2 star rating let alone the 4star that jet2 have given it it has a chef that dose not cook anything he's Sat at the bar smoking befor serving food in his whites all reported to jet 2 who have done nothing so beware folks
