Was just there buying a ds game marked at $27 which is a decent price, a bit overpriced for an older game but nontheless, some other same titles were at $30 and usually when one is marked down a bit it is missing the manual. Go to check out and the clerk, through no fault of her own, had it come up at $30, so she tried something else and it still came up $30, she then apologized, which is fine by me, checked with someone else across the counter and he seemed quite angry when she said she said it was marked at $27 ($3 less) because it had no manual. He let out a gruff NO not on ds games you don't do that, and was charged full pop and got no manual. I enquired about it and got no manual which if i am paying the full price for a game with a manual i expect to receive it. Been there a couple times and it always seems the same. Will keep my shopping to EB Games
