Without eluding to what the matter concerns and refusing to disclose who they are acting on behalf of, I was asked to verify personal details over the phone in order to proceed. Im not an idiot, so I declined to do so. I was told I'd continue to receive calls until I complied. I have no outstanding debts and can only assume this is a scam. If not, I imagine they need to revise their privacy framework, as it would be remiss of anyone to volunteer personal details in the manner requested by this 'company'.
