I had a fantastic vacation here. I stayed for a week on vacation with my girlfriend and it was amazing. We had very mixed weather conditions from cold rain and snow, to sunshine. The staff is extremely friendly, the rooms are nice, and the hot springs are pleasant after a long day snowboarding. We went over Kingsbury grade into South lake most days and it wasn't too bad, about a 45 minute drive to the center of town.
Staff at the resort are helpful, they pointed out local attractions, grocery stores nearby, and where to do some activities.
