First time going to World Toyota but happy I went....

First time going to World Toyota but happy I went. Needed my 10,000 miles oil change with tire rotation. My service advisor Teshhawn Parks was very friendly and courteous. Estimated it would take 1 hour and a half but I drove out in less than an hour with everything done and a unexpected car wash. He also explain my next maintenance mileage and what is going to happen.
