I had been searching for a specific vehicle. I encountered pushy and rude salesmen who were difficult to work with. They lost me as a customer. My experience at Prestige Toyota of Ramsey was quite the opposite. I was pleasantly greeted by Sales Associate John Parra. He respectfully listened to me. He introduced me to his manager Edmund Ruela, who was equally as pleasant. Because both gentlemen were respectful and willing to provide me with the price and terms I had requested, Prestige Toyota won me as a customer. Thank you Mr. Parra and Mr. Ruela for both being gentlemen and making me a happy customer.
