Appalling customer service, and lack of timely delivery, I was expecting a closer letter to be provided so I could receive a pending home loan and Recovery corps was the only institute holding the process up, every other organisations provided this instantly however recovery or corp firstly could not only could my details When I first rang. After calling back another Customer adviser located them and informed me I would receive a letter within 24hrs this was on Thursday 9th May 2019 I rang to follow up on Friday 10th b at 1100 only to be advised it would now be arrive by Monday, This may be to late, I rang again at 445 only to be placed on hold for two hours I can only assume the team went home before or exactly at 5 I hope recoveries corp are aware they potentially may be leaving without a home loan I hope the entire team are aware of the stress this has caused me and my entire family and friends
