My experience: fun games, but poor customer suppor...

My experience: fun games, but poor customer support. This is the only game company I have found with zero person to person communication.
My friends experience: banned out of the blue, no reason given, no appeal granted, no evidence presented. Apparently jagex doesn't care that some people weren't changing their password every single day (the ban was before runescape instituted all of the new account security measures) and other people like to hack accounts.

Tldr: games:5*, support :1*, understanding :1*
