I cannot say enough how absolutely fantastic this ...

I cannot say enough how absolutely fantastic this place was for me!!! They bent over backwards to help me, even sacrificing other sales I'm sure to assist me!! I was trying to get to a family funeral out west & my car died suddenly just outside of Iowa city so I had it towed to their location off of Mormon Trek Road. They let me know that my transmission blew & also showed me the inside of my back tires & how both of them were about to blow on the inside. I was stressed about being stranded in Iowa and not making it to the funeral where I was also supposed to sing a solo, but I was trying to remain positive & do what I could. These men at Billion insisted over & over on their own accord to help me and they helped unpack my entire car (I had basically packed my entire apartment in my car because I was moving out to help take care of this family member who was given 6 months left to live but due to internal bleeding died much faster). They put all my stuff in a corner, helped look up a rental car place for me and a junkyard person willing to at least pay 100 for parts. Then when I drove my rental car in, they stopped what they were doing and 4 of them all helped me pack my rental car, and they helped push my old car out. I even had a bike and a bike rack that they helped me put on the rental car. All of this took a lot of time on their part but they just stepped right in and kept insisting to be of help. Because of this I was able to make it to the viewing and funeral in time!!! I can't thank them enough!! They treated me like family and kept my dignity entirely intact in a very stressful and vulnerable situation and we even had some laughs and smiles!!! I would hands down recommend their car repair and sales to anyone!!! If I could have afforded it I would have bought another car right then and there from them!!!! They were by far the best repair and sales shop I have ever experienced. They all have a deep sense of integrity, loyalty, and truly putting their customer's needs first!!!! I was also very embarrassed at how I had to pack in a hurry but they completely protected my dignity 110 percent!!!! I can't thank them enough for their tremendous help in my time of need!!!!!
