Went for oil change, tire rotation, new wiper blad...

Went for oil change, tire rotation, new wiper blades. Then found needed new brakes. OK it is what it is. Looong wait in uncomfortable chairs & too hot/humid to be outside. Finally paid bill got in car, pulling out... Big storm coming so tested wiper blades only to find my old broken blades scraping the glass! Took some drama on my part to get attention to the problem. I was angry! Anyway got new blades installed then drove off into a torrential storm 3 hours & 55 minutes after my appointment.
