Pick another mover.
Bekins Movers scratched and damaged my walls. I filed a claim, but the Bekins customer service has been ignoring my calls and emails for nearly a month. Two of the three movers were really inexperienced which slowed down the whole process which increased the entire cost of the operation since you are charged by time.
The movers did not wear shoe covers, and they were genuinely dirty even before they started moving. I'm not sure why they were so dirty, we were the first customers of the day. My couch smells like their body odor and sweat.
We took care of the movers very well. We gave them a lot of water, food, and support, but ever since the payment has been posted I feel invisible. They will not care about me now. I would not recommend.
