Great service at Honda of Hayward from the ease in making the appointment to the technician, Ron, who helped me. There was no wait for the start of my appointment and the car was finished in the time that Ron said it would be. (I also stopped over at the sales department for help resyncing my phone with the onboard computer - also handled happily and with ease.) Thank you Honda!
