I had been searching for an inexpensive car for about a month, after losing my previous one to a deer. I didn't have a lot to work with, but then a friend referred me here. I met with Isaac, and he showed me several cars I could and should be thinking about, and after a week of correspondence we finally decided on a beautiful 2011 Toyota Prius. Within a day we had the papers signed and the process was as painless as buying a car can ever be! Everyone we dealt with, Steve, J, Mrs. Bannon, they were all amazing. They did everything they could to get me back on the road and I am IN LOVE with my car!
I know that to many people, taking the plunge into buying cars can be terrifying, and it's no secret that there are people and dealers to be wary of. However, my experience with Pohanka was so perfect, and not only will I tell everyone to go there, but I will be glad to double down once it's time for something else. Thanks so much again for all the amazing Pohanka staff for going above and beyond what I'd ever expect.
