We recently held our corporate holiday party in the grande ballroom. If I am reviewing for this alone, it would be a 5 star review. The planning, the food, the servers and bartenders, was all above par. Unfortunately the hotel side of the event, (45 rooms booked) was where this event fell short. Hence the 3 star review. Knowing that there was our large group on top of regular check ins, this should have been accounted for. Some of our group waited in line for 50 minutes just to check in! The room quality was hit or miss. A few of us, had zero issues with our rooms. Unfortunately some rooms were not clean at all. They did bring up to management, as well as posted their own reviews. Water park was ok. The only issue we had was the water was abit cold. Due to location, in order for us to book again, rooms would be booked. Because of the above, it would deter us from booking in the future.
