To be clear, our salesman was great. His sales manager, however, we found to be discourteous and disingenuous. After test driving a used car and having it inspected by a mechanic, we discussed our concerns with our salesman only to be told by the sales manager that we were wrong, we should not believe everything on the Carfax and that he wasn t going to have his service department review our concerns which included safety-related issues. We were totally ready to purchase the car had they let the service department reinspect the car. It is hard to believe this is a Jim Ellis dealership. I guess we expected different level of service and civility!
