I've been a regular customer at The Arts for over 20 years and have always been impressed with how helpful, patient, and insightful the staff has been. Whether it's Archie, Aaron, Dave, Darryl, Ken, Leo, Steve, or Ryan (or some of the others whose names escape me this morning), you get the same consistent and personable service. Great staff, great product selection, and great service if you need your instruments repaired or maintained. On that latter note, my hat is off to Ken Doucette, who has given me invaluable advice about my guitars for years. Keep up the great work, guys!
