Knowing that I don't have to make a special trip all the way to Las Vegas for some authentic Italian food is great to know. The seafood linguine is to die for. Everytime we have dined at Canaletto in Vegas, this is the dish we order frequently. Here in Canaletto Newport, they have the same exact dish. Very satisfying. We also order the pizza which serves a great appetizer. The pizza to look out for is pizza cristina. It is made with truffle oil, cheese, mushrooms, argula and the best procuitto. If you want some really good food, come here. Phenomenal food and is great for the family as well as a date or solo. Finally to top it all off is the tiramisu. It's by far the best ever. I haven't had tiramisu elsewhere that can compete with the fair texture and flavor. In addition, the service is 5stars. It just doesn't get any better than Canaletto.
