I love this hotel. Everyone was friendly (e Italianne! - che belle ) - clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Only a shame that I had to work all week and couldn't see the touristy things that were just blocks away! Luckily, there is a tube station just around d the corner making travel around London idiot-proof!
