Company will not call me back. Then they lie about...

Company will not call me back. Then they lie about calling back and no answer. They did not submit my repayment plan to IRS and I need the paperwork so I can do it and they will not call back. Paid over 5k to have service done did not reduce any fees or penalties only thing they did was file my back taxes and I cannot get them back on the phone so I can get my tax forms back. Not worth their services
