I took my 2016 Accort to Kartunes to get speakers ...

I took my 2016 Accort to Kartunes to get speakers installed and a retint on my vehicle. and have been working the Ullysis. The speakers I had installed replaced the factory speakers that made a big difference whtich I am happy with. However the subwoofer that I have in my car was causing an awful ratthing noise in the rear deck plate that Kartunes had stated they could fix. However after 3 revisits to get the this issue resolved the rattling still remains. I also had the tint redone and was told they would remove all the old film, but that was not done and the new tint had air bubbles and debris under that tint that was very visible. After pointing out the imperfections they agreed to redo the tint, but wanted to charge me again. I was like no. After the second rettint and again all windows would be redone, only the back windows were done and the tint was still bad with visiible air bubbles on all windows. I feel that each time I return to get the issues resolved I am becoming a burden. With the bad tint the owner only refunded me $150 of the $225 even though I was told the tint was bad. I spent a little over 1200 for services but am not fully satisfied with the current situation .

UPDATE
Took my car today (6/20/17) after getting over my anger and frustration.. I talked with the installer Ulyssis and told him since the rattling issue still exist unwanted my $$ back for the back deck ... he talked to the owner and they fixed the issue . Thanks for taking care the issue and providing good customer service.. although it took 4 times to get it fixed I'm satisfied with the sound quality..
