I wish there was an option for no stars!

I wish there was an option for no stars!
My minor son took a membership, never, ever, ever, not once, used it, and we went in to cancel on three occasions only to be told no manager was available. I called six different times only to be given the runaround and "forgotten" on hold for 12 minutes by Patrick. I went in person with my son to cancel on July 5 and was told no one available. Went back on July 10 and waited 41 minutes for someone to assist. Cancelled in computer, but no printout given because of "the move, things are crazy, it'll get emailed, etc"....needless to say, I am still being chargeg! Contacted corporate and still being charged so I am disputing with my card company and seeking legal action! And, I have proof of calls, and emails, etc. Thanks WOW for the great customer service. NOT!
