We Bought a used GMC Yukon Denali, in Oct. When we test drove it all the Floor mats were in the vehicle, including the rear cargo mat and cargo shade cover, when we picked it up ALL of them were missing and so we're the headphones and remotes for the rear DVD player. The salesman even pointed out the remote/ phones to us during the test drive. Once we noticed items missing the next day contacted the salesman, he tells me "Oh you know the guys in the back how they do things". Funny 2 days later the remotes /phone's show up, but not other items. Then when we went to purchase the vehicle we noticed a lower price by $1000.00 on a web site called "Car Gurus" when shown the online price our salesman he said don't know anything about it. Then Management decided in order for us to get the lower price we had to take the vehicle "AS IS". So it went from being a Honda Certified Used truck to as is. we had already sold our old truck. And we liked the New one so we did it. But not impressed with the tactics used. Also took 60 days to get tags done.
