WHY CAN'T WE HAVE A ZERO? PLACED AN ORDER A MONTH AGO AND HARRY AND DAVID CANCELLED IT WITHOUT NOTIFYING US. Why Harry and David did you think it was ok to ruin my family Christmas gift like this. You are horrible and ruined my Christmas gift to my family. Harry and David did fix the issue and delivered our order free but I can tell you this will be the last time I order from there. This is the 2nd and 3rd time for an inexcusable error and no matter what they do to fix it I will have the memory of what went wrong and worry what can go wrong next, Thank you for fixing the issue, but I am sorry it is too little to late.
